Product descriptions, specifications, and prices are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. Displayed prices are indicative and are confirmed in writing on a formal quote or sales order.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order. A sale is only confirmed once Polatkan Trading issues a written quote that you accept, and that quote is converted into a confirmed sales order.
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the relevant invoice. Amounts are due by the stated due date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the agreed shipping address or carrier, as specified on the order.
Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polatkan Trading's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Polatkan Trading is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
